ASP.NET PROGRAMMER

Job brief

  1. Code, test and troubleshoot programs utilizing the appropriate hardware, database, and programming technology which may change time-to-time.
  2. Maintain and modify programs; make approved changes by amending flow charts, develop detailed programming logic, and coding changes.
  3. Test and develop programming modifications.
  4. Write new program code using prescribed specifications.
  5. Evaluate simple interrelationships between programs such as whether a contemplated change in one part of a program would cause unwanted results in a related part.
  6. Analyze performance of programs and take action to correct deficiencies based on consultation with users and approval of the Project-in-charge.
  7. Confer with users to gain understanding of needed changes or modifications of existing programs. Resolve questions of program intent, data input, output requirements, and inclusion of internal checks and controls.
  8. Write and maintain programming documentations, user manuals etc.
  9. Document programming problems and resolutions for future reference.
  10. Close monitoring the developments and preparing management report of the same on weekly basis.
  11. Pending list to be reviewed by Customer Support manager till the time incident is closed.
  12. Over the phone closures need to be acknowledged to the client by email.
  13. Coordinate with Accounts/Operations department in case of support for non-AMC customers.
  14. Ensure quality of customer support and get feedback of customer as and when needed.
  15. Attend support telephone calls and reply to customer politely assuming customer is always right.
  16. Regularly monitor emails coming to careers@brainsphereit.com.  Acknowledge receipt of email in stipulated template immediately.
  17. Raise support ticket in in-house ERP under service management module for all kind of support incidents.
  18. Refer knowledge base to fix the support issue in stipulated time frame as per the SLA (service level agreements) mentioned in AMC proposal.
  19. Liaison with concerned technical expert’s/ project managers for possible solution of the issue.
  20. Other duties as assigned as the situation demands.

ASST. BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER FOR ERP

Job brief

  1. Identifying appropriate marketing channels time-to-time to promote our products and services and adopting the same discussing with business development mangers.
  2. Adopting appropriates methods time-to-time to boost search engine optimization
  3. Logging the enquiries come-in by emails, phone, visits, walk-in, references or thru any means to our CRM maintaining its uniqueness and by being the ‘owner’ of that particular lead.
  4. Primary screening of the prospect from all possible sources like their corporate website, social websites, promotional websites, our earlier marketing efforts, in-house databases like world card, email repository, existing clients etc.
  5. Identify the way of proper communication channel need to be established by the client. Pioneering in establishing a smooth communication channel.
  6. Evaluation of the potential requirement by emailing our company profile, appropriate products brochure, relevant clients list etc. to assess the genuinely of the enquiry.
  7. Arranging sales meeting with PPTs, live demonstration without a technical person to understand/ asses’ their software budget/ the spending potential etc. and to estimate the software price if the requirement is not complex on which majority of the requirement can be mapped to our existing features in FactsSHARP / FactsERP.
  8. Convincing the prospect about our reach in customizing the software to suit their complicated business logics, mentioning a higher/ ballpark/ indicative price if possible.
  9. Arranging full-fledged demonstration/ meeting for the technical person to estimate the total cost in more realistic. Breaking down the modules and features to specify the price, so that customer can opt for, if they have lesser budget considering the price and quoted.
  10. Preparing Software Proposal precisely and accurately considering it as a legal contract, clearly mentioning the scope of work, deliverables, payment terms, implementation period, warranty period, AMC details.
  11. Further proactive follow-ups, communication / correspondence, negotiations (as per check list) to close the deal.
