FactsHCM was designed particularly for the Middle East and is compliant with all the rules and regulations of the Ministry of Labour, UAE. FactsHCM enables you to efficiently process payroll in accordance with the Wage Protection System (WPS), which was introduced by the Ministry of Labour to ensure timely payment of salaries to employees. Managing visa and documents (such as a resident card, passport, and so on) is a breeze as FactsHCM helps store, track, and be aware of documents that are nearing expiry.

Employee Self-Service
FactsESS is a browser-based employee self-service module. It can be conjoined with the organisational portal or can be used in isolation. Employees can login with their username and password, update relevant personal details, check leave eligibility, make leave-related transactions, enter daily schedules and view their pay online. FactsESS provides performance appraisal functionality for employees and appraisers to record their respective comments based on which the management can arrive at a score for each employee.
